Our team will work very hard for you.   Your home is likely your biggest asset and we work very hard to get the best possible price for you.  We are skilled and use a combination of resources to get information out about your home to the furthest possible reach.   The more buyers that we reach, the higher the potential selling price.
  MLS (Multiple Listing  Service):    The paper catalogue has gone the way of the pony express -- detailed information about your property will be placed in the MLS.   This is the most powerful tool available to sell your home, giving huge amount of exposure.   Suddenly it's not just our team working for you, but also the the almost 3,000 agents of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and any board members that are looking in your area.  
Open houses:    Many realtors don't do Open Houses any more stating that open houses will not sell your home.   That's not entirely true, sometimes they do.   Open houses are just one more tool in our toolbox.   The more exposure your house gets to the market the higher the chance that the house sells.   People that come to your open house may tell a friend, and so on, and so on.
 Pictures:    Ever see a listing with no pictures ... and pass right on buy.   When buyers shop on line the next property is not a car ride away, it's a click away.    We understand this and use the marketing materials offered through MLS to the full extend.   We use the full allotment of pictures for each listing.   
   Video Walk Thru tours:    The truth of the matter is many house hunters search online.   It's important to keep up  with technology and that means a video walk thru.   A video walk through allows a person to "virtually" walk through your home.   If they decide they like it through the video tour, chances are they are serious when they come to see your home.
Office Flyers:   Your listing is immediatley delivered for the 100+ agents in my office.   Any change we make to your listing is also immediately released to all these agents.  
Signs and Arrows:    We go the extra mile, not only is a sign on your yard, but additional signs are placed in key intersections to get the optimal exposure of your listing.   Passers by are key as potential buyers often go for drives through neighborhoods they desire.   We ensure we draw the traffic your way.
Bus benches:    Bus benches attract buyers and when these buyers call me to find out about new or upcoming listings -- it's immediate exposure for your property.   Sometimes a property is in a niche neighbourhood that the buyer hadn't even thought of.   The buzz created by these benches helps.   
 Realtor Tours     Our office often has real estate tours and agents can put their new listings on this tour.   We wouldn't miss it for the world.   Your property will be put on not only our office tour but the first available MLS tour in your area.   This allows your property to been seen by realtors with their very own eyes.   This spreads the word fast.   
  Social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, Linked in, Google+ and others are increasingly important tools for engaging and encouraging others in your network.   Although our team are not spring chickens, we make it a point to keep up with the social media  trends to get the maximum amount of exposure to their home.  
 www.realtor.ca     Many buyers surfing the internet find themselves on realtor.ca.   This site is an excellent resources that has been developed by the tech savvy folks at MLS.   Prospective buyers can find your home (especially when we have beautiful pictues and videos to show) ... they start out as potential buys, become attached through exposure to your home, and many before real buyers. 
www.alleyneteam.com     We can feature your home on our home page, or elsewhere on the site.   It's up to you.   This is a 24 hour a day service for potential buyers.   OK, we don't get up at 4:00 am to answer e-mails and calls.   But, we know the importance of fast communication.   If a message comes through to the alleyne team during reasonable call back hours (say 8 am to 9 pm), we call back immediately.   If it's too late, we call back as soon as possible the next day.   We are working for you, and we appreciate that trust, so we don't dilly dally.
